Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

Shri Shri Maha Lakshmi Sewa Samiti is a non-profit religious and charitable organization. As a standard policy, all donations and contributions made to the Samiti are non-refundable and non-cancellable once the transaction is successful.

By making a donation, you acknowledge and agree that your contribution is a voluntary gift given to support the Samiti's mission, and you relinquish any right to claim a refund.

2. Exceptions (Double Processing Error)

The only exception to our strict no-refund policy is in the event of a technical error resulting in a double payment (i.e., your card or account being charged twice for a single intended donation transaction).

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged twice, you must notify us within 7 days of the transaction by contacting us at our official contact email with proof of the double charge (e.g., bank statement).

• Refunds for double charges will only be processed back to the original method of payment.
• Please allow 10-15 business days for the reversed funds to appear in your account after approval.
